The final straw was an alleged attack over a week ago, when she claims that Depp was drunk and high and threw an iPhone at her head, bruising her face.

But when police arrived on the scene they found that Amber, 30, did not show any sign of injury, and they did not find any evidence of a crime being committed.

But now, as Amber is getting ready to give an official statement to the LAPD, sources close to her claim that police might not conduct the probe properly.

Some even said that the cops might protect the 52-year-old Hollywood superstar.

Insiders insist that Amber had visible marks on her face when the police responded to the 911 call.
