Caldwell Police are investigating the incident in which two people were injured at a house party early Saturday morning.

Police say officers responded after a report of a disturbance at a house party on the 4800 block of McGee Ave, Caldwell, just before 2 a.m.

When police arrived on scene, they found a 22-year-old man in the front yard with a stab wound to the chest. He was taken to a Boise hospital and is said to be in stable condition.

A second male was also reportedly wounded during the altercation but left the scene before police arrived.

Detectives are still trying to find the suspects and asking for the public's help in locating anyone who may have been at the party and saw the fight.
